“I commissioned Francesca and Louise to undertake the exterior and interior re-decoration of my country pub/restaurant. I had previously used another supplier, and had been happy to use them again but unfortunately that company wasn’t available. It is always difficult to move suppliers and I therefore met and had quotes from two other companies. My choice was made on the basis of good references and a fair, competitive quote.

Once the work began, I was impressed that they arrived on time each day and worked continuously on the project until it was completed. As the work got underway, both staff and customers commented on the detailed preparation work that went on before the actual painting went ahead.

I was particularly pleased about how flexible the girls were able to be about working times, as it’s not always possible to guarantee closing times. They also worked very tidily, again something that is important when working in a public area, especially in a dining area.

My premises were 16th century, so not the easiest working environment; it required patience and attention to detail to get the excellent result that they achieved. I have recommended Fran & Lou’s services to friends and would continue to do so.
